When I log a new item number in my bidding list, it accepts the number in the provided column but the bottom section is just listed as a comment. Therefore, I do not have a button to click in order to register in my bidding list. Can you help?

Unfortunately, there is no information regarding this problem. Try to update the utility to the latest version and check whether the issue persists or not. If the update doesn't fix it, follow the link http://sourceforge.net/p/bom/_members/ to see the developers' accounts. Choose any of them and click the big blue Send message button on the right side of the page. This is the only way to get in touch with the support team.
